Thank you for shopping with us at Mystic Phoenix Collects! Below is our full shipping policy for all orders placed through our store.

Processing Times

All items are made to order.

3D Printed Items: Typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Seasonal or high-volume periods (Nov–Dec): Processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and your location. Estimated delivery times (after fulfillment):

USA: 3–7 business days

Canada: 7–15 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs or seasonal volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Wrong Address or Missing Information

If you entered the wrong address at checkout, please contact us immediately at our support email with your order number.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We rely on USPS/UPS to deliver your package safely and on time, but once it leaves our hands, delays can occur.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your item, please check with neighbors and your local post office.

For packages marked as lost or stolen, you may need to file a claim with the carrier.

We are not responsible for carrier errors, delays, or stolen packages, but we will do our best to help.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:

Photos of the damage

Photos of the packaging

We will happily replace the item or issue a solution based on the damage.
